- Conduct online live classes for the students
- Build strong conceptual foundations for the students
- Establish 1:1 connect with the students
- Coaching & Mentoring students
- Onboarding newly enrolled students
- Helping students with their doubts during & after live classes
- Content Development
- Responsible for Academic growth of students & parents' satisfaction
Qualification
B.Tech/M.tech or M.Sc/MBBS/BDS in the field of (respective subject) from a reputed institute
Required Skills
- Excellent reasoning and communication skills
- Can explain complex concepts in simple ways
- Good Communication Skills
- Comfortable working in 8 hours per day and 6 days/week (Wednesday will be weekly off tentative)
